What is Diseases

There are three types of diseases: those that are made by humans, those that are manufactured by tiny microbes, and those that come from Allah.

The Quran speaks of a sickness that is akin to polyphasic illness and that no one can ever fully recover from. This disease is caused by ignorance and misguided aspirations. Allah forbids overindulging in food and drink, promising protection from bodily afflictions if we heed this warning.

Thirdly, certain diseases have their roots in the enemies of our bodies. God has provided the human body with a plethora of defenders, known as the Immune System, that are so tiny that they are invisible to the unaided eye since these adversaries (viruses and bacteria) bring us immense harm - Imam Jaffar Al Sadiq (The Grandfather of Medical Science)

The Prophet Muhammmad ﷺ Said - There is no diseases that allah has sent down, except that he also has sent down its cure (Bukhari 5678)

Arab Doctors would say - Diet is the foundation of medicine and gluttony is the foundation of illness (Hikam 2/465)

Any Treatment May Cure Some People Completely, Some Partially, Some Temporarily And Some Dont Benefit, Shifa is in The Hand of Allah - Hijamalogist

“The Prophet ﷺ said: “The best treatment is Hijama cupping; it removes blood, lightens the back and sharpens the eyesight - At-Tirmidhi, 3053

“There is a remedy for every disease and when the remedy is applied to the disease it is cured with the permission of Allah (Glorious is He and He is Exalted) - Recorded by Muslim

"Whosoever has revived one of my Sunnah, has in fact loved me. And the one who has loved me will be with me in Paradise - JAMI AT-TIRMIDHI
